Tanzania Adventure Safari 7 Days
Day 1:
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, Transfer to Springlands Hotel for
Dinner and Overnight.
Day 2:
After Breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park, Picnic lunch
on the way, proceed for game viewing for the rest of the afternoon till evening
time, and thereafter drive to the Highview Hotel for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 3:
After Breakfast clients start full day walking Safari at the
lower slopes of Ngorongoro Highlands, clients can have a chance to see the
Elephant caves, waterfalls, coffee plantations. A cultural walk an be organized
for a visit to the indigenous people (The Iraqw) and experience their
traditional ways of life, also visit to an orphanage center (Shalom orphanage).
1 day can provide a good chance for the bird watchers and those who are of
interest to plants, picnic lunch provided during the walk or hot lunch at the
Highview Hotel, later Dinner and overnight.
Day 4:
After Breakfast drive to Lake Eyasi, for Traditional activities
with the Bushmen and walking around the lake for Bird watching. This is a chance
to see the small remaining population of the primitive who still do hunting and
gathering to support their life, also the meadows along the shores of the lake
and forest are home to a wide variety of wildlife including leopard, hippos, a
variety of monkeys, various birds. Big and small flamingoes, storks and
pelicans. Several very pleasant, private campsites are located in the forest
clearings by the lake, these provide grassy tent spaces and shower facilities
made as far as possible from local materials, after a long day drive to Lake
Eyasi for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 5:
Early Morning activities with the Bushmen people of Eyasi.
Clients can fully participate in tasks like hunting along with the Bushmen,
using local crude tools, like bows and arrows, after breakfast clients can have
short walks around the lake and after drive back to Highview Hotel for Dinner
and Overnight.
Day 6:
After Breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater floor for a half day
game drive, this is undoubtedly the best place to see black rhino in Tanzania as
well as the prides of lion that includes the magnificent black mined males.
There are lots of colorful flamingoes and the variety of water birds. Other
game-leopard, cheetah, elephants, hyena and lots of other members of the
antelope family and small mammals of sorts are also found here, in the
afternoon, a short walk at the rim of the crater (optional), after drive
back to Highview Hotel for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 7:
Drive to Tarangire National Park for game viewing. This is the
park with the largest concentration of Elephants and fascinating baobabs trees,
the park is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife
species come back to the permanent waters of Tarangire River. Huge herds of
wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands and Oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until
the onset of the rain when they migrate again to good grazing areas, later drive
back to Moshi. Dinner and Overnight at Springlands Hotel.
