GORILLA PERMIT INFORMATION
Due to the
popularity of Trekking the Mountain Gorillas, and the limited availability,
the Wildlife Authority that arranges the Permits for trekking need the
following;
1.
Your full passport details
2.
Full payment with your deposit
(N.B. It is
possible that up to approximately 2 months before your departure the
trekking permit cost may change, subject to currency fluctuations and/or
price increases by the local wildlife authority).
Please note
– payment is non refundable and is required by the wildlife authority
not
Footprint Adventures. Please also bear in mind that the mountain gorillas
are wild animals and that there is no guarantee that you will get to view
them - although we have never experienced this on any previous tours, if
this should be the case, you will be allowed by the appropriate authority to
trek the following day to view the gorillas, depending on availability at no
extra cost.
